The "Tired Eyes" were a commissioned work that I created during the Covid 19 pandemic in March 2021 on the facade of a temporarily closed youth center (Young Valley Station) in Innsbruck. I was supposed to critically address a current issue, which is why I decided to use the tired eyes to take a stand on the collective exhaustion resulting from the pandemic, advancing digitalization and growing social inequality.
